Monday Morning Showoff

As you make your morning coffee and catch up with coworkers, classmates, friends, love interests, people you are stalking, exes, what have you, about your weekend be sure to mention all the below while casually stirring in your creamer and non-caloric sweetener.
In the NFL, the New Orleans Saints, Denver Broncos, New York Giants and Indiannapolis Colts are all undefeated (4-0). Monday night's big game pits Minnesota Viking QB Brett Favre against his former team the Green Bay Packers that loved him so dearly until he retired and unretired and retired and unretired and eventually went to a play for a rival. Dirty, dirty.
Speaking of QBs, NFL hearthrob, Mark Sanchez (whom we obviously just can't get enough of) is still hot, but proved that to err is indeed human. The New York Jets suffered their first loss of the season. Cut him a break, he's gorgeous, not perfect and you can't win everything.
But the Minnesota Twins and Detroit Tigers seem to think so, both winning Sunday, causing a playoff situation necessary to determine the American League Central Championship. The playoff is Tuesday. This is the second year in a row that a tie breaker will decide the AL Championship.
And along with your morning coffee, here are the college football rankings for week 6. Please extend a warm welcome to Auburn in the top 25 with their 5-0 record. Now go forth and impress someone.
